Our home is thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for our residents, with facilities that are always maintained to the highest standard. We continually strive to improve the quality and appearance of our building, with a dedicated handyman on site to address any day-to-day maintenance needs. The home features 23 light and airy bedrooms spread across three floors, individually furnished and decorated according to residents’ needs and preferences. Residents have a wide range of options to choose from, including upstairs or downstairs rooms, en-suite, single, or double rooms, and profiling beds where necessary. Each room is equipped with specialist facilities, allowing residents to contact the care team at any time for added peace of mind.
Shared spaces include a dining room, two lounges—one of which is a quiet lounge—and a beautiful garden with a gazebo for outdoor enjoyment. Fully equipped facilities include two bathrooms (one with an assisted bath and the other with a shower) and three toilets, one on each floor. Dining is a highlight at Heaton House, where fresh, home-cooked meals are prepared daily by our trained staff, who cater to special diets and individual needs. Residents enjoy a variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with snacks, tea, and coffee available throughout the day.
