About the Role:
As a Bank Care Assistant, you’ll support our residents with personal care, companionship, and daily routines. You’ll help create a homely and comfortable environment where every resident is treated with dignity and respect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with washing, dressing, and personal care
- Supporting residents at meal times
- Encouraging independence and emotional wellbeing
- Helping with mobility and activity engagement
- Maintaining accurate care documentation
- Working as part of a caring, committed team
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, empathetic, and respectful approach
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work across various shifts (days, nights, weekends)
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided
- A passion for delivering high-quality care
